چکیده

Abstract Introduction A polysomnography or home sleep apnea study provides multiple pieces of information to diagnose obstructive (OSA), but the tests are costly with limited access. The aims use an automated AHI model only PPG signals and can be applied a wearable device. Methods We have included patients different OSA severity build algorithm detecting ODI based on scoring criteria varying sizes windows ranging from 10 60 seconds. For without events, CPC for low-frequency oscillation is support model. Results combination highly correlated AHI. When detected ODI, coupling assist in accuracy 86% compared actual AHI, sensitivity, specificity precision at 92%, 73% 89%, respectively. Conclusion as input high sensitivity screening (AHI≥5), which considerably implied Support (if any)
